A 1, 2, 4 I.AIMS: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to use classroom imperatives correctly and fluently, understand T’s requests well.(T’s commands). 1.Knowledge : Vocabulary : come in, sit down, open your book, close your book, stand up, come in, sit down. 2.Skill : speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing 3.Attitude : It helps ss to have motivation , happiness to communicate with each other in English . Besides, the lesson can helps ss work harder II.PREPARATION: 1.Teacher: : Lesson plan,poster, extra board(warm up) 2.Students: Do the homework, EL books and notebooks. III.METHOD. PRESENTATION (12ms) 1. Pre teach: • (To) come in: đi vào • (To) sit down: ngồi xuống • (To) Stand up : đứng lên • (To) open your book : mở sách ra • (To) close your book: gấp sách lại * Presentation text: A1 P.20. - T elicits 6 pictures & helps Ss practise these sentences. - Concept check: + Asks Ss to translate these sentences in to Vietnamese. + Use: imperatives. Step 3. PRACTICE: 18’ Match and write A2(p.21) Mime drill - T asks Ss to look at T’s actions and says:Teacher mines: * come in / sit down / Stand up / open your book / close your book Simon says: A3 p.22 -T helps Ss play “ Simon says” to practise the imperatives Step 4. FURTHER PRACTICE:(10ms) Mapped dialogue - T elicits the dialogue & helps Ss practise dialogue: in pairs, T- WC, half-half… - T sets the scene: “Miss Huong & Ss are greeting one another”.  S1: Good morning!  S2: Good morning, Miss Hoa!  S1: How are you?  S2: We are fine. How are you?  S1: Fine, thanks. Bye.  S2: Goodbye, teacher. - Play a game in two teams - Then copy down answer keys - Listen and repeat in chorus and individially - Copy down. - Work individially - Listen and practice - Ss translate in to Vietnamese * Student say: come in/ sit down / Stand up open your book / close your book - Look at T’s actions then say in chorus. Presentation dialogue: 7’ B1(p23) - T sets the scene: “Lan meets a school boy on a street(Nam).They are talking to each other.” - Asks Ss listen to the dialogue and repeat. Let Ss practise speaking in pairs. - T elicits the model sentences and write on board. * Model sentences:  A: Where do you live?  B: I live on Tran Phu street in: a house/ a city/ Hue/ Viet nam. at: 12 Tran Phu st. Concept check:meaning,form,use . * Use: Hỏi và trả lời nơi bạn em sinh sống. Step 3. PRACTICE:(10ms) - T runs through these cues: Word cue drill A city / HCM city / a house Hai Truong / 17 Le loi street Hung vuong street Step 4. PRODUCTION:8’ + B2(p24): - T helps Ss read the sentences p.24 and asks them to learn by heart at home. + B4(p25): - T runs through the questions from a) to d). - Asks Ss to write the answer on their notebooks. - T gets feedback. a) My name’s .. c) I live in/on… b) I’m 12. d) L-a-n,Lan Copy down and repeat in chorus. - predict the words on the board - Work in pairs Example exchange:  S1: Where do you live?  S2: On (Le Loi street) -Ss enjoy the game.
