A BAD TOOTHACHE ( B2- B4 ) I.Objectives - At the end of the lesson ss can be able to Know some information, ask and answer the reason. 1.Language contents - Grammar : - Structure: Vocabulary: advice, regularly, sensibly, remind 2.Skills: Listening, writing 3.Attitude : It helps ss to have motivation , happiness to communicate with each other in English . Besides, the lesson can helps ss work harder II.Teaching aids - real thing, poster, picture, sub-board 1.Teacher: English book, lesson plan 2.Students: Book, work book,review the old lesson, preview vocabularies III.Techniques: - Bingo, What and where, Open prediction IV.Procedures 1.Organization:(2’) + Who’s absent today? - Absent students: Nobody + What the date? + How are you today? + Date of teaching: 7A: 26/1/2018 7D, 7B:27/1/2018 2.Checking the old lesson: (3’) T asks SS to go to the board and write the new words, newstructures and do exercises T corrects the mistakes *Steps: Teacher and Ss’ activities Contents Step 1.Warm Up : Bingo: (6’) T sticks the cards and reads Ss: Try to make T: Remark. Step 2.Pre-listening T: Introduce and use picture - “What does she do? Did he have a toothache?” Ss: Look and listen carefully. Then present some new word. Practice them in choral & individual Ss: :Listen and do as directed. - T checks new words( What and where) Step 3.While Listening (8’) T: Have ss isten to the passage Ss: Listen and complete the table with the information you hear: Dr. Lai’s job … Step 4.Post Listening (8’) Ss: guess by answering the questions Ss: listen and complete the table with the information they hear & write on the board T: Look and correct. Step 5.Further practice(8’) T: Guide ss to do this part first and take example then ask ss to practice in pairs. Ss: Listen carefully and try to do before class T: Listen and correct mistakes. 4.Consolidation(3’) ¬_ Remark all period and ask ss to make open dialogues ( B4) 5.Homework _ Learn new words _ do exercises at home. dentist, student, teeth, woman, happen, scared, children, hand, explain B2.
