Objectives: At the end of the lesson Ss will be able to : - know to write an invitation birthday card. - practice writing skill. 1.Language contents: * Grammar : - Review the future tense : S + will + V * Vocabulary: party, invite, invitation, join, fun. 2.Skills: reading, speaking, writing 3.Attitude : It helps ss to have motivation , happiness to communicate with each other in English . Besides, the lesson can helps ss work harder II.Teaching aids: Color chalk ,real thing ( card ) and sub-board. 1.Teacher: English book, lesson plan 2.Students: Book, workbook III.Techniques: Lucky numbers, rub out and remember ,filling, pair work , group work IV. Procedures: 1.Organization:(2’) + Who’s absent today? - Absent students: Nobody + What the date? + How are you today? + Date of teaching: Class 7B: 19/ 9/ 2017 7A,D: 20/ 9/ 2017 2.Checking the old lesson: (3’) T asks SS to go to the board and write the new words, newstructures and do exersices T corrects the mistakes Teacher & ss’ activities Contents: Step 1. Warming up Lucky numbers! Step 2.Presentation Step 3.Pre-writing T: Ask some questions. Ss: answer about themselves. T: elicit new words. Model them. Ss: listen and repeat in chorus and in groups. T: write them on the BB. Ss: Give meaning. Copy down. T: give some questions. Ss: guess to answer them about Lan. Step 4.While-writing - Ask Ss to complete the invitation card to Lan’s party. T: ask ss to imagine you will be a guest at Lan’s birthday party to answer the questions B 7. Ss: work in groups to answer the questions. Step 5.Post-writing T: ask ss to write an invitation to your birthday party.( use sub-board) Ss: Listen and try to write. T: Control 4.Consolidation(2’) T: Remark all period aloud. And ask ss to write an invitation to your birthday party. * Lucky numbers!(6’) 1. What’s your family name? 2. How old are you? 3. L. N.! 4. What’s your address? 5. What’s your telephone number? 6. What’s your date of birth? 7. Where do you live? 8. How old will you be on your next birthday? 9. L.N.! B6. Read and complete the card: *Setting the scene:(3’) How old are you now?
